Converting numbers

When importing my bank accounts, I get one column with the amount before the comma and one column with the remainder amount:

  10-JUL-2008    -20   10     BANK COSTS

To create one column with just one number:

  =WAARDE(TEKST.SAMENVOEGEN(B1;",";C1))
